At Chand Tara, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and at the best possible rates. Please review our shipping policy below.

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped.

🚚 Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

  • Standard Delivery Time: 2–5 business days for major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad).

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days, depending on courier routes.

  • We use trusted courier partners to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Shipping Charges:

  • Flat rate of PKR 250 per order.

  • Free shipping on orders above PKR 4,000.

🌍 International Shipping

  • We currently deliver selected items to international destinations.

  • Delivery time: 7–15 business days (varies by country).

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

🔎 Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

  • You can track your package on the courier partner’s website.

❌ Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
